Her articles focus on health, natural homes and environments, food and issues relating to vegetarian and vegan lifestyles. The entire family is vegetarian and Myriam plans on returning to a vegan diet after the birth of her third child.
Hi Myriam,
I wanted to take a couple moments to introduce you to a new online wellness program that I thought would interest you and your readers. Thrive in 30 is a free 30-day program developed by professional triathlete and bestselling author on performance nutrition, Brendan Brazier. The program was designed to increase knowledge about plant-based nutrition, optimize physical and mental performance, and offer a fresh approach to total body health.
This is a month-long journey based on The Thrive Diet; made accessible in an easy-to-follow and engaging program guiding health enthusiasts to make life enhancing change. In ‘Thrive in 30’, participants receive 12 emails over a month, each touching on a different key health-enhancing topic. In addition to written content, each lesson includes a brief and intimate video segment where Brazier reviews key principles and provides suggestions on how the ideas can be seamlessly applied by anyone.
Here’s a sampling of the topics covered:
• Alkaline vs. Acid—Why Your Body’s pH Matters
• Nutritional Over-Achievers and How to Harness Them
• Food Sensitivities—How to Reconnect Your Diet and Your Body
• Superfoods + Fitness = Your Route to Optimum Performance
• How What You Eat Has Global Impact
As a writer and health enthusiast, we invite you to experience Thrive in 30 first. You can register at http://www.thrivein30.com. If you like the program, I hope you will share it with your readers. I will touch base in a couple weeks to see what you think. In the meantime, keep me posted on your experience with Thrive in 30.
Yours in health,
Kelly
